         Close Tolerance No Tooling Plastic Fabrication

By using a highly automated fabrication process, Envision Plastics is able to consistently manufacture plastic enclosures with high detail.  Envision uses 3-Axis and 5-Axis CNC Routing equipment, along with a proven automated forming process.   Products include plastic faceplates, plastic enclosures, plastic covers, and plastic bezels.  Some examples are noted below.   Materials include Kydex, ABS, Polycarbonate, Delrin, PETG, and others.  Process allows for tight tolerance and excellent consistency.  Call for details or to see samples.  Contact information at bottom of page.

CNC Stamping & Turret Stamping of Plastic 

Turret stamping of plastic is a inexpensive way to trim plastic for flat panels, washers, and for assembled parts.  Materials including Kydex, ABS,  HDPE, or HDPP are good candidates for stamping.  Cycle times are much less than alternate processes, and tolerances are tight. 




Die Cutting / Rotary Die Cutting of Plastics 

Die cutting is a low cost method to cut materials up to 1/8" thick. The latest technology allows competitive pricing and low cycle times.  Tool cost is minimal.  
 



Polycarbonate Cold Forming & CNC Routing 

No mold required for cold formed polycarbonate.  Faster cycle times than heat bending.  Polycarbonate is RoHs compliant, has a higher heat deflection temperature than other thermoformed plastics, and comes in various UL Flame ratings.  Fabrications can be used as guards, covers, or panels.  Polycarbonate is available in clear and black.
